Who we are
How DELCAD Came to Be
Established in 2022, DELCAD Construction was born from a shared vision between mother and son, Tracie Taylor and Chablis Dandridge. Both seasoned real estate professionals, they saw firsthand how smaller investors and homeowners were underserved — left waiting on slow bids, unclear timelines, and contractors who treated their projects as an afterthought.
They set out to build something different. DELCAD was designed from the ground up to be agile, responsive, and personal. Our small, focused crews move quickly without cutting corners — giving clients the speed of a large operation with the care and attention of a dedicated partner.
